Originating from North Africa, the Organic Cous Cous from Cerreto is an incredibly versatile grain, made with coarsely ground durum wheat that works for so many recipes!

Enjoy it in a variety of preparations, such as salads, proteins, or vegetables.

Directions: For best results, toast it in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring salted water or vegetable stock (of equal weight to the couscous to be cooked) to the boil, turn off the heat, add the couscous, and stir. Cover with a lid and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
