The Cherry Tomato Arrabbiata Sauce from Agromonte is a ready-to-use sauce made of cherry tomatoes, green olives, onions, garlic, and hot peppers. Agromonte's cherry tomatoes and hot peppers grow during the hot summer months in Agromonte's farms in Sicily and they are cooked within 24 hours from harvest. The sweetness of the tomatoes and the Sicilian hot peppers create a spicy well-balanced sauce, as required by the Sicilian gastronomic tradition.
