Located in southern Gragnano, the birthplace of dry pasta, Rigorosa is "rigorous" in selecting the highest quality ingredients and following time-honored techniques to produce their dry pasta. Carefully-selected grains are slowly mixed in an airtight chamber, extruded through a bronze mold, and dried at a low temperature for at least 24 hours.


Grooved rigatoni get their name from the Italian "righe," or lines, which helps the sauce easily coat their rough surface.


This pasta is perfect in baked pasta dishes or traditionally paired with an arrabiata sauce.
