At their pastificio in Alba, Piemonte, Antica Madia crafts each pasta in the artisanal tradition. The women of Le Langhe hills were the original artisans behind every egg pasta shape, and Antica Madia preserves the skills and recipes their expert hands unfolded with every shape they make.

One of the oldest Italian pasta shapes, these multicolored lasagne are made with rich pasta dough of the finest semolina and high-quality eggs from Piemonte.

For a traditional lasagna, layer the sheets of pasta with a creamy ragù.
