La Campofilone is a pasta-making company named for its home, a small medieval village in central Italy that is known for its traditional egg pasta.

To make artisanal maccheroni, artisans roll long strands of egg dough, then slow dry the pasta at low temperatures.

Excellent with a variety of pairings, maccheroni is especially delicious with creamy and seafood sauces.
