TartufLanghe was founded by Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro in 1980 in the Langhe area of Piemonte. TartufLanghe was the first company to produce dry products with truffles, giving people the opportunity to enjoy truffles even when not in season. Thanks to this innovation, in 1990 the first truffle-infused pasta in the world was created in the TartufLanghe laboratory: Tartufissima. In recent years, Stefania and Paolo joined the company and they are bringing new ideas to the company. Stefania and Paolo share Piemontese gastronomic traditions, following a strictly artisan method of production characterised by high quality and professionalism.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.
