About this Class: Pasta is a comfort food and a testament to Italian ingenuity—hundreds of different shapes serve a unique purpose, each singularly connected to regions, sauces, and stories. Join us as we take a culinary journey to Central Italy and explore the pasta traditions of different regions.

In this Class You Will:

  • Explore the tradition of pasta in Central Italy
  • Learn differences between fresh and dry pasta and how to properly cook them
  • Learn how to perfectly pair different kind of pastas with the right sauce or condiment
  • Enjoy an Italian aperitivo that includes hand-made focaccia paired with Italian wine
  • Observe our resident chef's step-by-step demonstration of pasta making
  • Enjoy a pasta dinner served from our restaurant and paired with wine
  • Take home menus, adapted recipes and notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Seating is first-come first-served. Please note, class includes demonstration and tasting and is hands-on. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
