Pasta Night: Icons of Eataly

This May, Eataly is unveiling a new project to celebrate Italy’s most beloved national dish: pasta. Named Icons of Eataly, the 6-month series will feature an ongoing program of special dishes, classes, and events dedicated to the humble combination of flour and water that has become one of Italy’s finest culinary achievements. 

On May 18, join us as we kick-off the series with our Pasta Night! This ticketed celebration will feature tastings of the six pasta dishes we will feature throughout the 6-month Icons of Eataly series, plus housemade dolce, two glasses of regional Italian wine, and more. Featured pastas include: 

• Spaghetto Cacio e Pepe

• Pacchero ai tre Pomodori

• Calamaro allo Scoglio

• Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

• Lasagna Emiliana

• Rigatoni alla Carbonara

For this in-person event, tickets will be limited per time slot. Your ticket includes access to one bite from 6 tasting stations, 2 glasses of regional Italian wine, and more.

Additional Information: 

• Check-in for the event will take place outside of La Scuola on the second floor. 
• Please bring a printed copy of your email confirmation or show it on your mobile device.
• This is a 1.5 hour standing pasta tasting event that takes place on the second floor of our marketplace. Seating will not be provided.
• All guests at this event must be 21 years of age or older and must show valid government-issued identification at check-in.
• The tickets include bites to six different pasta dishes, two glasses of regional Italian wine and one dessert at multiple stations.
• Please note that dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.  
• Event duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. 
• Tickets are individually sold and one ticket will give access to one person only. 
• Additional alcohol is available for purchase at additional cost.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
