Since 1968, Tartuflanghe founders Domenica and Beppe have been selling fresh truffle products from Piemonte. Beppe's traditional Piemontese recipes have since enabled the company to become a trusted name in the specialized high-quality food market, both in Italy and the U.S. 

The grey salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic. We have added some slices of black truffle to this extraordinary sea salt and the result is a versatile condiment.

Try this salt with scrambled eggs, omelettes, creamy risotto, bruschetta, or atop a baked potato.
