The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Ceraudo is made exclusively with Carolea and Tonda di Strongoli olives, picked by hand in the countryside in the region of Calabria located in the Southern part of Italy. The extra virgin olive oil has a fruity aroma with a slightly bitter taste. It is spicy with an aftertaste of almonds and rosemary. Ceraudo decides to harvest at the beginning of the season to have an extraordinary high-quality extra virgin olive oil with low acidity.

Olive Varieties: Organic Carolea and Tonda di Strongoli olives.
Pairing ideas: Drizzle it over grilled meats, mashed potatoes, and lightly steamed vegetables. Enjoy it on pizza and pasta, too!

In 1973 the Ceraudo family decided to invest in organic farming and in extra virgin olive oil production near the small town of Strongoli, close to Crotone, in the region of Calabria. Today, Roberto Ceraudo and his family are producing an organic multi-award-winning product using only their Carolea and Tonda di Strongoli olives.
