This Organic Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Premiati Oleifici Barbera is obtained by handpicking and cold pressing only Coratina olives from the small towns of Barletta, Andria, and Trani. The supply chain for the production of this olive oil is fully traced, and the final product is certified environmentally sustainable by CSQA, as it is produced not only to preserve the biodiversity of the territory but also in respect of the local environment and farmers.
