Organic, Biodynamic, Natural Wines in Italy

Organic, Biodynamic, Natural... It seems like every time we walk into the wine shop these days, there’s somebody asking about natural wine. But what does this mean exactly? There are a few characteristics that distinguish vino naturale from its standard counterparts. To celebrate the return of Spring, join us for an evening discovering Biodynamic, Organic, Natural, Sustainable and Vegan wine and how Italy has become a world leader in eco-conscious wine making with our wine expert. Taste through a selection of Italian wines from sparkling to red, each an example of what Italy has achieved! In this class, guests will:

• Discover about how Italy is a world leader in sustainable winemaking.
• Learn how to distinguish these wines through labels, certifications, regulations and ethics.
• Taste through a selection of five wines exemplifying the varied categories.
• Take home wine tasting notes from the wines tasted.
