The newest harvest Biancolilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Taibi is obtained exclusively with the Biancolilla olive variety organically grown in the Taibi family estate.
On the palate, this extraordinary mono-variety extra virgin olive oil has an intense fruitiness with sensations of grass, green almond with a medium pungency, and notes of chilli pepper.
Olio Taibi Biancolilla has been awarded the Gold Medal at Domina-IOOC, the highest-ranked International Olive Oil Competition held in Italy.

The Taibi family started to produce extra virgin olive oil in 1867. Today Giuseppe Taibi with his family continues to make extra virgin olive oil in their estate close to Agrigento, in the region of Sicily. They harvest the olives while they are still green, and press them within a few hours of harvest for maximum taste and health.
They press and bottle each olive variety separately to deliver the unique taste profiles of the Sicilian terroir.
