The Sicilia DOP Valle del Belice Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olis Geraci is obtained exclusively from a carefully handpicked selection of Nocellara olives that grow in the Contrada Donzelle in Partanna, in the Belice Valley in Sicilia. The acidity is a very low 0.12%. The color is green with golden reflections, and the aroma has an intense fruitiness of green olives, hints of grass, artichoke and tomato leaves. On the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is well balanced with an intense spiciness and soft bitterness.
It is perfect with fresh cheeses, bread, salads, meat or fish, vegetables and soups.
