The Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Melchiorri is made with a blend of Umbrian olives that are handpicked and cold-pressed using the traditional granite millstone. This extra virgin olive oil is medium fruity with notes of artichoke and undertones of fresh herbs. The aftertaste is sightly bitter and peppery.
It is perfect with bruschetta, pizza, sauces, grilled meat, salads, vegetables.
