The Aspromontano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olearia San Giorgio is produced from hand-picked and cold-pressed Corolea, Ottobratica and Sinopolese olives from their olive groves in the southern region of Calabria. The aroma is herbaceous with notes of white apple and strong ripe tomatoes. The color is an intense golden yellow. On the palate, the extra virgin olive oil is herbaceous, delicate and harmonious with notes of ripe and dried fruit. The finish is well balanced with a little bit of spiciness and sweet almond.
It is perfect with seafood dishes, risotto, vegetables and pasta.
