The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP ‘Affinato’ from Aceto Modena is obtained from cooked grape must of carefully selected Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the countryside of Modena. This extraordinary product is slowly aged for more than 12 years, decanting and refilling a series of six antique barrels in various woods: cherry, mulberry, juniper, oak, ash, or chestnut.
This product has a glossy, dark brown color and a full-bodied flavor.

Flavor: harmonious, rich, and full in taste with delicate consistent acidity and mineral tones.

Pairing Ideas: steaks, risotto, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, gelato, fruit and vegetables.
