Long Pasta

Made in Italy, our pasta is created with a simple dough of Italian wheat and spring water, which our producers mold into traditional shapes using a bronze die and then dry at controlled temperatures. The resulting pasta is perfectly al dente, easily picking up sauce with its textured surface.
