In this class, our Foodiversita chef will demonstrate how to make soft and chewy mozzarella from curd before leading guests in a hands-on mozzarella workshop. Make your own mozzarella cheese with our local curd and take home this delicious treat!
Guests will enjoy a selection of housemade and imported antipasti from our salumi and formaggi counter. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco at the beginning of the workshop. Additional wines can be purchased at one of our wine bars to bring into the class.
