About This Class: A typical cheese of Campania in southern Italy, mozzarella is loved and enjoyed by many throughout the world for its soft and tangy flavours. While the classic fior di latte variety made with fresh, whole cow’s milk is the most well-known, Italy celebrates many types of mozzarella varying in shape, sizes, texture, and even flavour. Join us in La Scuola for this guided workshop, and then try your hand at making your own mozzarella!

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about various Mozzarella-making traditions of Italy
• Observe as our Experts teach the group how to make traditional Mozarella
• Try your hand at making your own Mozzarella. 
• Build your own appetizer plate with the Mozzarella made during the class
• Enjoy your creation with a glass of wine selected by our Beverage Team, plus additional bites.
