Join us for a hands-on pastry workshop taught by Eataly Chicago's Pastry Chef focused on how to prepare Crostata alla Frutta, a classic Italian dessert perfect for the holidays. Our chef will demonstrate how to prepare the pastry cream, then lead the class in a hands-on workshop on how to build their own Crostata alla Frutta. In addition to making their own dessert, guests will enjoy a tasting of a finished Crostata alla Frutta paired with a glass of prosecco selected by our beverage expert.
