The Linguine from Monograno Felicetti are made with farro, or spelt, an ancient grain that has a slight nutty flavor and firm texture. The farro used in Monograno Felicetti's pastas is rigorously selected in collaboration with sustainable producers.
Linguine get their name from the Italian lingue or "tongues" and are similar to spaghetti but are completely flat so that there's more surface area for the sauce to cling.
Enjoy the linguine with tomato sauce, or with a soft cheese based sauce.
