The Umbria Assisi-Spoleto DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Monini is made with a careful selection of Umbrian olives that are picked in the Assisi and Spoleto Valley and cold-pressed within 24 hours. The aroma is very fruity, lightly floral with herb and rosemary notes. On the palate, it is intense with a slightly bitter almond taste, grassy, and a spicy pepper finish.
