The Miele Thun Chestnut honey is produced between the end of June and the first half of July and is sourced from wild mountain chestnut flowers. An extraordinarily versatile honey, rich in minerals, it has an aromatic, herbal, and pungent aroma and flavor with a slightly bitter and tannic aftertaste.
Amber Colored, sometimes dark-amber with reddish hues, it pairs perfectly with seasoned cheeses and savory meats.
