This unique Sicilian monocultivar extra virgin olive oil has a light fruitiness with a taste of fruit, basil, and lettuce. The Mandranova Cerasuola is medium fruity, with flavors of olive, hay, almond and marjoram. It has a pleasantly bitter and peppery aftertaste.
