Provola alla Pizzaiola

• 12.5 oz jar of red Datterino Dolcimetà tomatoes
• 2 Smoked Provola cheeses
• 1 clove of garlic
• Oregano
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
• Salt & Pepper, to taste



Cut Provola Cheese into 1cm thick slices.


In a saucepan, add the garlic clove and 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil. When the garlic browns, pour in the jar of red Datterino Dolcimetà tomatoes, then add salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano. Cook for 6-8 minutes. 


When the sauce is ready, place the slices of Provola Cheese in the pan and reduce the heat to low. Let them simmer until warm and soft.


Cover with oregano and serve immediately.
