INGREDIENTS

1 (8.8 oz) box Felicia Brown Rice & Spirulina Spaghetti

10.5 oz cod

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup pitted Taggiasca olives

7 oz sundried tomatoes, patted dry

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook 10 minutes, under al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the cod into 1-inch pieces. Season the cod with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cod and cook 4 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the cod. Add the olives and tomatoes, and toss until pasta is evenly coated.
