Otto Black Truffle Honey Grilled Cheese
Yield: 24 mini sandwiches
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes

6 sliced of white sandwich bread (I love pain de mix)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon grated horseradish, drained
1/4 pound fontina cheese (sliced thick)
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Otto Black Truffle Honey (or any of the amazing honeys sold at Eataly – great selection)

This is hands down the easiest hors d'oeuvre to make and the biggest crowd-pleaser. Layer ingredients between bread as desired. Enjoy!

Italian Margarita
Yield: 12 drinks

2 quarts pink grapefruit juice
18 ounces of tequila
1 ounce of Aperol
3/4 cup of agave syrup

Combine all ingredients in the drink dispenser of your choice, and serve in a rocks glass over ice. A piece of fresh basil is also a nice touch.

Give yourself at least an hour before your guests arrive to have fun getting ready. Kick off your shoes, turn up the music, pour yourself a drink, and enjoy the ritual of the pre-party!  The more fun you have before your guest arrive, the more delicious the gathering will be.

After one of my parties? Aspirin, coconut water, soothing eye mask, sunglasses, and a chocolate-covered pretzel: I love salty and sweet combos the day after a good party.
