Give your greens a dressing up, try our new salad dressings from Field & Farmer and Tessemae's. Field & Farmer sources ingredients from Farmed Here, an indoor farm and early leader in the local-food movement that grew greens and herbs for the Chicago-area market. Their products contain fresh produce and natural ingredients that you can pronounce.

As Tessemae's All Natural grows its product line around the globe, the commitment to healthy eating and healthy living remains the core of the company's mission. As the mother of three athletic boys, Tesse had to figure out a way to get them to eat their veggies while staying healthy. Because serving a dressing full of artificial ingredients was not an option, she created and perfected her own all-natural recipe.

Sweetgrass Dairy is not only committed to producing world-class cheeses, but also to the promotion of biodiversity and sustainable farming. Using a technique called the "rotational grazing method," their Jersey cows are strategically moved to fresh paddocks, allowing vegetation in previously grazed areas pastures to regenerate.

Their Asher Blue cheese has a natural rind and a creamy yet crumbly texture. This mild, raw milk blue has an earthy flavor with mild notes of cocoa on the finish. To make their Griffin cheese, Sweetgrass soaks curds in an entire keg of Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing before forming wheels and aging them for a minimum of 120 days. The result is a classic farmstead tomme with a crumbly texture and deep, malty flavor.

This passata is denser than most you will find in the supermarket, using tomatoes plucked at peak ripeness. Since 1848, Afeltra has produced its celebrated pasta and sauces in Gragnano, Campania. Gragnano, the pasta capital of the world, also has a long tradition of growing delicious tomatoes. With a century of experience with pasta, Afeltra has created a line of extraordinary canned tomatoes and passata so that you can make your own sauces and condiments.

These fresh, plant-based soups are grab-and-go, so you can enjoy a fresh vegetable soup without the preservatives commonly found in canned alternatives. Skinny souping offers soups with both detoxifying and nourishing benefits.

Laughing Bird Shrimp are farm-raised in Costa Rica and prized for their clean and sweet taste. This shrimp is always fresh, never frozen, never treated with antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, or preservatives. Try these shrimp with our Chitarrine con Terra e Mare recipe: terra e mare literally means “land and sea”—the Italian version of “surf and turf.” It refers to any dish that combines seafood with meat or mushrooms, or other items found inland. ’Nduja is a spicy pork salami from Calabria that is soft and spreadable.

We are excited to introduce three new cheeses from our friends at Alta Langa: Robiola, La Tur, and Brunet. Robiola is akin to Italian camembert or brie, with a creamy taste and a slightly tangy finish. Their La Tur is a young, mixed-milk cheese made with a combination of goat, sheep, and cow's milk. This combination provides a complex depth of flavor with a delicate and buttery texture. Lastly, their Brunet cheese is a deliciously sweet goat cheese that's aged only ten days before it emerges from underground. These cheeses make the perfect addition to any aperitivo board, especially when accompanied by a glass of Barolo.

This Bay Area family-owned business specializes in one glorious product: bacon. Through years of tinkering and tasty research and development, they have perfected a collection of mouthwatering bacon flavors offered in extra-thick butcher cuts that melt in your mouth. Baconer starts this process with only the best pork–which means responsibly sourced pork belly from family farms. All Baconer products are made without antibiotics, fed non-GMO vegetarian feed, raised without farrowing crates, and free to roam!

Fabbri, the makers of the one-of-a-kind Amarena cherries, has introduced a new product to their line of preserved fruits: candied ginger. Inspired by the recipe that made Amarena Fabbri unique and inimitable, Ginger Fabbri is immersed in a fine syrup with turmeric, giving it a fresh and pleasantly spicy taste. If you're searching for the ultimate fall cocktail garnish, look no further.

One thing we can count ourselves grateful for here at Eataly is that gelato never goes out of season. These roller wafers from Bussy are the perfect addition to your next gelato affogato.
