Fish Gratin with Così Com'è Dolcimetà of Yellow Datterino

This tasty fish gratin with Dolcimetà of Yellow Datterino tomatoes from Così Com'è is an excellent choice for a delicious seafood secondo piatto. Wow your dinner guests (...or yourself) with the flavor of Così Com'è datterino giallo, which combines extreme sweetness and low acidity with a vibrant yellow color – the perfect way to enrich this savory dish. The delicacy of the hake and the sweetness of the Dolcimetà (sweets halves) of yellow cherry tomatoes combines with the crunchiness and intensity of the flavored, toasted bread for a perfect blend of textures and tastes.

Fish Gratin with Così Com'è Dolcimetà of Yellow Datterino

Flour
1 chopped garlic clove
Chives
350 grams of Così Com'è Dolcimetà of Yellow Datterino

Toast the bread (in large crumbs) in the oil with the remaining garlic.

Arrange the pieces of fish in small single-portion ovenproof dishes, add the Dolcimetà and toasted bread.
