Lyre's Spritz Class - Mixology 101

Join us for a cocktail-making class with Lyre’s at the Terra Bar in our rooftop restaurant! 

In this class, you'll learn the basics of utilizing Lyre’s products as a cocktail base and learn what ingredients and equipment are necessary for a well-stocked home bar, as well as appropriate ice, glassware, and garnishes. Under the guidance of an ambassador from Lyre’s, you will learn how to mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits, to enjoy with a charcuterie board for the perfect Italian aperitif!

Drinks will be zero proof, low-ABV, and full proof so you can experience and learn more about the full spectrum of Spritzes.

Additional Information

• Class includes a cocktail-making demonstration with a Lyre’s ambassador and three Spritzes: Classico Grande as welcome cocktail, Aperitif Dry, and Italian Orange accompanied by a selection of cured meats and cheeses.

• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class which will begin promptly at the scheduled time at the Terra Bar located at the rooftop Terra restaurant.
 

*Participants must be 21 years or older to purchase and consumer alcohol.

• Class duration is approximate and may vary additionally by 10-15 minutes.
