Grondona is a Genovese pasticceria known for sweet confections crafted with the highest quality ingredients following centuries-old family recipes.

But sometimes, they look outside of regional family tradition. When the first chocolate chip cookies became popular in the U.S., Grondona adapted the recipe and gave the iconic treat a Ligurian twist. The resulting Lunette Cookies are shortbread made with coconut, cocoa, and chocolate chips.
