Starting this May, we’re celebrating Eataly’s most beloved national dish: pasta! We’re kicking off our 6-month Icons of Eataly series in honor of one of Italy’s finest culinary achievements with our Icons of Eataly: Kickoff Pasta-Around on May 12. 

Join us in our marketplace to taste your way through five legendary pasta dishes from various regions of Italy – one of which will be served up by our amici, TikTok’s Carlo and Sarah! Fill up your Eatalian passport as you go - and be sure to pick up recipe cards for your favorites so you can re-create these regional dishes at home.
