This Raspberry Jam from the "Fiordifrutta" line is made exclusively from select organic raspberries and using a low-temperature cooking process. Rigoni Fiordifrutta jams do not contain any added sugar, but use only organic wild apple juice as a sweetener. Most raspberries are harvested in the mountainous areas in July and August. They are flavorful, sweet fruits, with a bright red color. This raspberry jam is sweet, fragrant and slightly tart, and pairs well with dark chocolate and soft cheeses. Enjoy this jam in yogurt, smoothies, or with any dessert!

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.
