The Italian Bakers Red Small Rectangular Baker is a part of Vietri's new line of bakeware: the Italian Bakers. With a scalloped edge and a subdued grey hue, this rectangular baker is made with natural earthenware clay that is indigenous to Italy.

Use this bakeware for anything from lasagne to chocolate cakes! The baker is dishwasher safe – we recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle – microwave safe, and oven safe up to 400ºF. We recommend allowing items to cool before taking them out of the microwave and oven or using an oven mitt. This item is freezer safe, but please allow it to return to room temperature before putting it into the oven.

During a stay at the San Pietro Hotel in Positano in 1983, sisters Susan and Frances and their mother Lee Gravely fell in love with their hotel's colorful, handcrafted dinnerware. Fascinated with the designs, the family met with the artisan behind the plates, and just like that the Vietri company was started. Today, Vietri aims to celebrate the time spent around the table with family and friends by providing beautiful dinnerware to accompany all of your meals.
