The Antechinus Cheese Knife by Alessi is an 18/10 stainless steel cheese knife by Tasmanian designer Anita Dineen. The cheese knife, the shape of which recalls both a mouse intent on enjoying a piece of cheese, as well as a slice of formaggio itself, takes its name from Antechinus, a species of little mouse native to Australia. The double-edged blade allows to swiftly cut through young and mature cheeses, while its sleek design makes it the perfect accessory for a salumi e formaggi tagliere.
