This class will be a journey in the world of a fruit that was able to connect and color the cuisine of many countries. Pistachio embraces Greek, Persian, and Sirian cuisines, Italian, particularly the Sicilian one, and Californian. In fact,  our class will focus on these last two kinds of delicious pistachios, with a sensory experience that will involve your taste, your smell, and your sight.

In this class, Patrizia will show how to make gelato from scratch. While making gelato, she’ll explain the story and the characteristics of this flavor.  Join us for a sweet afternoon to explore all the ways we can enjoy Pistachios with gelato!

  • Please note, this is a demonstration and tasting format class, no hands-on activity will take place.
  • No physical tickets are issued for classes and events. Please present your confirmation email upon arrival for check-in.
