Fusilli Con Buco are bronze extruded with the surface of the pasta perfectly coarse with many pores. In the end, the result is absolutely thrilling. Fusilli Con Buco are long and hollow fusilli. Originally, they were handmade by wrapping a Bucatino around a knitting needle by pasta makers in Gragnano.
