This IGP Sicilia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Cutrera is made exclusively with Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice Olive Varieties. The olive harvest to produce this extra virgin olive oil is carried out between October 1st to October 15th. Frantoio Cutrera Estate was recognized by Slow Food and Flos Olei 2020 and 2021.

Flavor Profile: full-bodied aroma with pronounced notes of tomato and artichoke. The finish has medium spicy notes.
Olive Varieties: Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice.
Pairing ideas: fish, bruschetta mushrooms, salads, soups, and delicate red grilled meats. It is excellent raw on bruschetta or any Mediterranean-inspired recipe.

Since 1906 the Cutrera family has been cultivating olives in Chiaramonte Gulfi, near the city of Ragusa, in the region of Sicily. Today, the family continues to manage the company, taking care of over 50 hectares of olive groves in southeastern Sicilia.
