For the next 6 months, Eataly is unveiling a new project to celebrate Italy’s most beloved national dish: pasta. Named Icons of Eataly, the series will feature an ongoing program of special dishes, classes, and events dedicated to the humble combination of flour and water. Come and learn about June’s Icon of Eataly: Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe.
In this unique experience, you will stop in our cooking school, La Scuola where you will watch how to make the iconic Roman pasta dish, Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, through a cooking demonstration led by our Chef of La Scuola, then stroll to our staple Italian restaurant, La Pizza & La Pasta, where you will get to eat your dish and sip on a wine pairing. Before fininishing your experience, guests will shop and tour around our marketplace to gather the ingredients to make Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe. This classic features Afeltra Spaghetti, Genuine Fulvi Pecorino Romano DOP, and Black Pepper.
