Join President of Fettuccine Alfredo, Mario Mozzetti, as he brings the original Fettuccine Alfredo to Dallas. What began as a dish made out of love by a husband to his wife at Alfredo alla Scrofa in Rome (hence the name - Fettuccine Alfredo) is now one of the most well-known pasta dishes in the world. We have invited the restaurant that invented the dish in 1914 to Eataly Dallas to teach Dallasites how it's been made for 108 years! On Friday, October 21, join us for a chef demonstration and lunch led by Mario Mozzetti, President of Fettuccine Alfredo, where he will guide you through the history of his family’s restaurant, the endless list of celebrities who have dined on his famed dish, as he prepares, of course, Fettuccine Alfredo for you to enjoy. As no Italian meal is complete without wine, our beverage expert will pour perfectly-paired wines to complement the menu.
