Ravioli is a delicious specialty that dates back to as early as the 16th century as a timeless staple in Italian cuisine! This flavorful yet humble dish is the perfect way to immerse yourself in any of Italy's regions! Fillings for ravioli resemble the region, city, and even family they are from, and because of this the flavor possibilities are endless! Join us to create one of the many types of ravioli, Ravioli di Ricotta. From the pasta dough to the filling; This class will teach you all you need to know to create an amazing dish to bring home. In this class, students will:

  • Learn the origin about classic Ravioli and the secrets to prepare the authentic dish.
  • Participate in the activity to make your own fresh egg pasta dough then assemble the ravioli with your homemade filling.
  • Enjoy a homemade Ravioli dish prepared by our Chef of La Scuola along with a complementary glass of wine.
  • Take home prepared Ravioli and extra filling from the class, adapted recipe and wine tasting notes.
For the theme of this class we will not be able to accommodate any dietary allergies in order to maintain the integrity and authenticity of the dish. The recipe for the class will feature gluten, and dairy. Please contact the Scuola Team with any questions by e-mailing us at esv-scuola@eataly.com.

Additional Information
-   Restrictions: Ages 12 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
-   No physical tickets are required, all tickets will be sent via e-mail and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.
-   All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
-   Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of San Jose sales tax.
