The Classic Pan Bauletto Cake by Olivieri 1882 is a fluffy, buttery loaf obtained through a four-day manufacturing process, with more than 48 hours of double leavening, made with mother yeast and then filled with a generous helping of candied fruit and raisins.

Excellent on its own, the Classic Pan Bauletto Cake pairs well with fresh berries, a sweet spread, and whipped cream. Enjoy with a cup of coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up, or serve as an after-dinner dessert with a glass of wine (we recommend Serafini & Vidotto Bollicine di Prosecco).
