This Caciotta al Tartufo is a rich and creamy sheep's milk cheese, and an excellent balance between cheese and truffle. The caciotta is produced in Norcia, a small town in the Umbrian Mountains, which is famous for its black truffles. Enjoy as a filler in ravioli, added to salads, or served simply on an antipasto board – just remember that a little goes a long way.
