Ready to learn the secrets of some of our most popular recipes? Join our Scuola Chef for this Southern Italian Pasta making class. This hands-on class is perfect for the those looking to create some of the finest Italian cuisine with the guidiance of our Scuola Chef. Enjoy two glasses of wine as the Eataly Scuola Chef guides you through the recipes, and offering pro-tips for the best final result.

Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Dallas as we enjoy a Hands-On Cooking Class discovering The Fundamentals of Southern Italian Pasta. In this class, guests will:

• Create their own pasta dough with the guidance of our Scuola Chef
• Learn how to shape orecchiette, cavatelli, and trofie
• Sip two glasses of Italian wine, perfectly paired to the light bites for appetizer and to the pasta, followed by a light dessert 
• Take home with you the recipe card and tasting notes
• Make new friends!

*Participants must be 21 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol
