Chef Michele Massari will be demonstrating and preparing a three course meal with wine pairings featuring different Felicetti pasta shapes, as he demonstrates three unique ways to prepare pasta. Watch as Chef transforms dry pasta with his rehydrating technique and quality ingredients, then enjoy a complete meal prepared by Chef Michele alongside our chefs as you learn about his culinary journey and passion for Italian cuisine.
