Guest Chef Demonstration: Chef Michele Massari, featuring Monograno Felicetti

Chef Michele will be demonstrating and sampling two pasta dishes featuring different Felicetti pasta shapes. Watch as Chef transforms dry pasta with his rehydrating technique and quality ingredients.
