The De Carlo family has been producing top-tier olives and oils in the southern Italian region of Puglia since the 1600s. Today, Saverio and Grazia De Carlo still passionately produce prized olive oil on the family's original property in the province of Bitritto.


The Grilled Artichokes are made with artichokes grown in Puglia and are preserved in Olive Oil produced by the De Carlo family. They are perfect for an appetizer, or can be enjoyed on meat and fish, or on top of pizza and bruschetta.
