This Rocca di Cervaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Gonnelli is produced with hand-selected Italian olives that are pressed in the Frantoio di Santa Tea near Firenze. This extra virgin olive oil has a distinct character with intense notes of sweet fresh olives, and a slight aroma of almonds and dried fruit. The aftertaste is well-balanced and slightly spicy.

Olive Varieties: blend of Italian olives.
Pairing: bread and fried dishes.

In 1585, Francesco Lorenzo and Giulio Gonnelli bought an olive grove and mill in the heart of Toscana, close to Firenze. Ever since the Gonnelli family has been producing some of Italy's finest and most authentic extra virgin olive oils.
