They take great care in choosing and checking the raw materials in the countries where they are cultivated and harvested such as in Ecuador and Ghana. From the beginning to the end, Baratti & Milano pays very close attention to the entire production process of their confectionary specialties in their facility in Bra. Traditional to the Piemonte region, these specialties include the Gianduiotti, Cremini, Cuneesi, Braidesi, Praline alla Nocciola Piemonte.
